So many of us look at celebrities on the big screen, TV, on stage, etc. and tend to wonder how they establish and maintain their lean, feminine figure.  With so much information out there telling you one thing today and something else tomorrow, it’s really tough (and frustrating!) to find a program that works and that is something you can sustain for a lifetime.  Through my own frustration with the fitness industry’s desire to make a buck off of women’s vulnerabilities, I have been inspired to create this Carrie Underwood Workout website to provide you with a guide on how Carrie Underwood keeps in shape, and a no-fluff approach to achieving your fitness goals for a lean, feminine physique.

 

As a personal trainer who has lost (and kept off!) 60 pounds myself, I am passionate about helping women understand how their bodies work, how their body responds to exercise, and how to achieve a lean physique without the bulging muscles and thick bodies that most female trainers herald.  Because, let’s be honest, we’re women…and we want to look like it!  I truly hope this website inspires you to reach your goals, whether it be from the workouts posted on this site or other workout program(s) I recommend.  It is my goal to help you reach yours!
